LEESBURG, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) – An Oklahoma guy deals with felony and offense costs of pet ruthlessness, after authorities claimed a pet dog in his treatment sank.
Jose Dennys Luque, 44, fitted his German guard with diving weights, prior to having the pet go bring a round off a watercraft ramp at Venetian Gardens Park in Leesburg, Florida, according to an apprehension testimony.
Witnesses informed policeman that the pet made sobbing audios prior to vanishing under the water, which was about 7 to 10 feet deep. Luque and 3 others delved into the water, one witness informed police officers, however when the pet had not been situated after 5 mins of browsing, Luque left.
The body of the pet was ultimately situated by the Leesburg Fire Division and a volunteer, and detectives claimed a diving belt was connected to a harness that was used by the pet. The weight of the belt was about 13 extra pounds, the apprehension record states.
Regarding 2 hours later on, police officers located Luque in an additional location of the park, in a Toyota van. He informed police officers that, “he remained in shock and left the location to go the shop and acquisition things to recover the pet later on.”
